Director & Solicitor
Pauline Iwuagwu
Pauline, our Principal, has been a qualified solicitor since 2003 and brings over 22 years of experience with her expertise firmly rooted in criminal law.
​
She is also a recognised specialist Criminal Defence (Duty) Solicitor for the London region, reflecting her trusted standing within the profession.
​
In addition to her work in criminal defence, Pauline has extensive knowledge in civil litigation, family law, financial settlements, and contract law.
​
Her career highlights include acting in a complex group action against a multinational company for toxic waste dumping in the Ivory Coast, as well as representing a client in the landmark trafficking case R v Balira (2011), which involved domestic slavery in the UK.

Victoria Olaniyan
Meet Victoria, our experienced Family Law specialist. Since qualifying in 2013, she has built extensive expertise across all areas of family law, including contact and care proceedings, injunctions, and divorce.

As Head of our Family Law Department and an accredited Resolution member, Victoria is committed to resolving family matters with skill, sensitivity, and professionalism. She has a strong track record in securing Non-Molestation Orders for women, offering vital legal protection from abuse. She is also deeply dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence and trafficked women in the UK.

Victoria also has significant experience in Care Proceedings and Child Arrangement Orders, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the families she represents.
